I never realized how important taking a break was and relaxation. For the last few weeks for my own health I have been enjoying some serious rest and relaxation time. I had to get off the computer and I feel fresh and invigorated. I have tons more ideas and news to report to all of you. First I wanted to tell you about the charitable activity on the Caravan of Dreams Blog.
Reflection on Our Current Times
In the United States there was a significant ruling, namely that corporations can be considered people. I was telling some particularly piquant satirical jokes about this whole corporations as people thing when I thought of the blog. The Blog is very much like a person as well it takes all of our input mine and you the reader so it can continue to go on in time. It needs to be care for, and feed with new ideas, it needs some maintenance some times as well. Ive been letting this idea marinate in my head for some times now.
I hate using the word spiritual but I feel as this blog talks about spiritual things it serves an important function I hope which is it allows people to come together to share, to talk and to benefit from a sense of camaraderie. A few months ago I slipped into a pretty bad depression. While working with family, friends and a therapist to get better i received so many nice emails from you the reader and it really cheered me up. It made me see that there is something animating this blog at times that neither comes from me or you. To that end I have also gotten mail from readers saying something I wrote helped them which is mind boggling to me.
I came across a quote recent from Bond With the Beloved by Llewellyn Vaughan Lee. It said and I quote:
As we silently work upon ourselves, the energy of our devotion becomes a point of light within the world.
At the present time a map is being unfolded made of the lights of the lovers of God. The purpose of this map is to change the inner energy structure of the planet. In previous ages this energy structure was held by sacred
places, stone circles, temples and cathedrals. In the next stage of our collective evolution it is the hearts of
individuals that will hold the cosmic note of the planet.
I am just presumptuous enough to imagine that a blog though not a physical entity can hold some energy that can be used to help the world somewhere. I feel any little effort done with good intentions and sincerely can have tremendous impact even.

I have found a few potential charities I would like to work with. I will create a section on the blog for charitable work and document what work I do with these organizations. I will be acting on behalf of the Caravan of Dreams Blog. For me I get a lot of great insight and love from you the reader over the last 4 years here on the blog. It is only right to pass it on. As I do more work on this I will be posting on this.
